A graduate of London School of Economics specialising in Political Communication, Shrenik was the former Vice-President of a TV Network in India with several years of experience in broadcasting and content production. He has the credit of interviewing several Heads of States ranging from the Vice-Presidents of Zimbabwe - Joyce Mujuru and Joseph Msika to the Twenty First Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mir Zaffarullah Khan Jamali.

Shrenik taught courses on 'Information and Politics', 'International Media Development', 'Information Communication and Society' at Napier University, Edinburgh, UK. He has also given guest lectures at the University of Westminster, UK and the University of Hyderabad, India. His primary academic interest is in the realm of Information Communication Technology and its application to Global Politics, Development and the Environment.
